DSUL Players, Family and Friends…
Register to win FREE Passes to Rocky Mountaian Folks Festival
this Thursday at DSUL!

Planet Bluegrass, producers of some of Colorado’s finest roots music festivals, including the Telluride Bluegrass Festival, along with RockyGrass, the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival, and the Wildflower Concert Series in Lyons, Colo. – has signed on as a partner of Denver Summer Ultimate League (DSUL).

As a DSUL partner, Planet Bluegrass is donating two 3-day concert/camping passes to Folks Festival, which will be held Aug. 13-15, 2010 at the beautiful Planet Bluegrass Ranch in Lyons (approximately $400 value). DSUL is holding a raffle for the tickets for $5 each, with proceeds benefitting DSUL and the Senior Support Services organization. DSUL’s own Ted Pascoe, is a key player within the Senior Support Services organization (www.seniorsupportservices.org).

This summer marks the 20th year for the Folks Festival. To celebrate this noteworthy anniversary, Planet Bluegrass is featuring one of their finest lineups in years that includes John Prine, The Swell Season, Ani DiFranco, Richard Thompson, Greg Brown, Michelle Shocked, Mark Cohn, Jenny Lewis and many more (visit www.bluegrass.com/folks/ for the full line-up).

To purchase your raffle ticket, look for the Planet Bluegrass tent next to the beer (of course!) for the next two Thursdays. The drawing takes place at the year-end DSUL tournament. Winners don’t need to be present to become guests of Folks Festival!
